At CHALUMEAU, each piece is handmade with care and intention. Because of this, processing and fulfillment times may vary depending on order volume.

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods or when multiple orders are ahead of yours. We appreciate your patience as each garment is made with time, detail, and quality.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking number via email. From that point, please allow 5-8 business days for standard domestic delivery.

Please note: The 5-8 business day shipping estimate begins after the label is created, not at the time of purchase.
